Hey i'm 17 years young and goes by "Smerf" from Rollerz Only Carclub. I grew up around the lowrider lifestyle for as long as i remember with my dad Richard Tovar a painter out in Phoenix , AZ. I started my art out with drawings and graffiti paintings and decided to take my skill to another level so i decided to learn how to pinstripe although the pinstriper "Cash" i knew very well for many years did not want to teach me so i said "if u dont want to teach me then i'll learn myself" so i bought my own brush and paint and started striping June 2009 and never going to stop...
