Welcome to the Pinhead Lounge, a free service for any traditional hand pinstripers and lettering artists, which will be abbreviated to the Site for this agreement. Please read these terms carefully and please voice any concerns or suggest amendments before registering on the Site.

• Users may upload as many pictures as they like, but please respect the mission of the Site:
• Keep the images on topic, that is, concerning pinstriping and lettering or events that feature such topics. If for some reason your account is not used for hosting such items, it may be terminated at any time.
• Do not upload pornographic or user sensitive material, it will be deleted and your account will be closed. You will also never be allowed back onto the site.
• Please visibly copyright your work either by a hand signature (including the date) or by digital watermarks. Since the site does resample your images, make sure the copyright is not stored as an EXIF, since it may be lost.
• The Site will cooperate with fully, and provide any useful information available, to any legal or governmental agency in the event of investigation into any legal or questionable violations by a user.
• User passwords and login credentials, while encrypted, are to be protected by the account owner. The Site will not be responsible for unauthorized account access in the event a password is protected by the user. If you suspect a person has accessed your account without authorization, it is your responsibility to change your password and contact us immediately.
• The Site, being public in nature, may viewed by any member of the public, so only share information you wish to be public. All attempts will be made to secure your information, but this is not a secure server, so information is stored at your own risk.
• This server will usually be available, but the uptime will vary based upon the equipment and it's operation. While this site may be used as a supplementary tool, it should not replace your current business website if you are a professional.
