First of all I want to say a special thanks to Ron Avers, my mentor. Also, thanks to Louie Allison, Rick Losh, Joe Broxterman and Archie Johnston for their encouragement and constructive criticism. These guys are some of Denver's best. I am 42 years old and have been learning for the last couple of years.
