I grew up in Florida in the 60s - early 70s.I have memories as a kid going to Daytona Beach and seeing guys airbrushing wild colors on t-shirts with "crazy" pictures. I thought this was really cool. I remember ordering a Roth t-shirt and "surfers helmet" through either Cartoons or Hotrod Cartoons magazine. About 20 years later I moved to Virginia, and after some time in art school I got turned on to striping and the whole Kustom Kulture scene. I'm currently working on a bike at Precision Street Rods in the Richmond, Va area and doing some striping for them when needed.
