I've been a doodler since I could hold a crayon. Some where along the line I graduated to hobby artist. I grew up working part time in my Uncle's body shop. Got to watch my cousin, Dan "Art by Carp" Carpenter, work his magic on all kinds of rides. From cars to bikes to airplanes to boats. He's even won the Master Paint award at the Detroit Autorama a couple years running. When it comes to airbrush or pinstriping, he's my inspiration. Finally picked up a brush in February 2010 to see if I can sling some 1-shot in a decent manner. Well....I'm working on it. :-) Thanks to all the artists here, for posting their work so scrubs like me can have something to aim for!
