It's been a great journey so far and the story continues! I began pin striping in 1968 during high school in Los Angeles,CA. I apprenticed with Dennis Jones of Whittier, CA in the early '70's and developed a style of my own as we are influenced by others we admire. I also attended LA Trade Tech and took the sign course with Mr. Ernest. It was during this time I chose the name "Signs & Wonders" for my business name. From 1977-'85 I lived in Redding, CA and met long time friends Howard Zeller and Jeff Crank until I moved to Montana. Along my journey there have been some great pin stripers with whom I have shared great times, laughs and expertise. The last 40 years I have been pin striping & sign painting with a brush. The highlight of this vocation is watching the expressions of people's faces when I have finished their project. It's a great reward for my efforts. It's not everyday that most people wake up and find themselves in a profession doing what they were created to do and understand what calling means...as I understand calling-it is reflecting the Creator's best work in every way being satisfied in life or in death.
